THE STORY · IBIZA · 1990s
Five in the morning. The roof is open, the sky over the sea goes black to grey to pink, and the breakdown arrives just as the sun clears the water. Nobody leaves. Everybody turns east.
SUNRISE is that light: lemon myrtle and lemongrass, a warm hit of ginger, rosehip and rose. Steep it strong, pour it over ice, add a sprig of mint. Caffeine-free. The night is over; the morning is just getting started.
